Bumbu Samawa Spicy Garlic An intensely aromatic blend featuring the complex spice layers of traditional Samawa cuisine, with warming galangal, lemongrass, and fragrant Indonesian bay leaves.

Ingredients: Kaffir lime leaves, Indonesian bay leaf, shallots, garlic, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, coriander, candlenut, white pepper

 

Bumbu Merah Earthy Cumin A rich, red spice paste with deep earthy notes from cumin and coriander, balanced with aromatic herbs and a touch of heat from red chilies.

Bumbu Hijau Sweet Asian Floral Basil A fresh, green bumbu with the distinctive floral notes of Thai basil, candlenut richness, and bright citrusy lemongrass for dishes that need herbal complexity.

What’s the suggested use?

1 spoon per portion of 6-8oz of meat, vegetables, bread, cheese, etc.

What's the expiration date?

Our products last up to 22 months sealed. It’s suggested to keep refrigerated after opening. Use within 2 weeks after opening.
