Bumbu Kuning Kaffir Lime (Yellow Base) The golden foundation of Indonesian cooking, featuring bright kaffir lime leaves, turmeric, and aromatic lemongrass. This classic yellow spice paste brings sunshine and warmth to any dish.

Ingredients: Fresh lemongrass, fresh kaffir lime leaf, fresh galangal root, raw ginger root, raw shallots, fresh lime juice, garlic clove, candlenut, coriander, turmeric, cumin, sea salt, bay leaf, less than 5% canola oil

 

Bumbu Putih Piney Galangal (White Base) A pure, aromatic blend highlighting the citrusy bite of galangal and the richness of candlenut, creating a clean foundation that allows other ingredients to shine while adding depth.

Ingredients: Raw galangal root, candlenut, raw shallots, fresh lime juice, fresh garlic, fresh lemongrass, white pepper, sea salt, less than 5% canola oil

 

Bumbu Lombok Aromatic Kencur (Lombok Spice Base) A distinctive spice paste featuring the unique flavor of aromatic ginger (kencur) and Indonesian long pepper, with guajillo chilies adding warmth and complexity.

If it’s a seasoning/condiment, use it as a base. Add one spoon and mix at the start or end of cooking. Our blends are packed with aromas that guarantee an explosion of flavors in your kitchen.

What’s the suggested use?

1 spoon per portion of 6-8oz of meat, vegetables, bread, cheese, etc.

What's the expiration date?

Our products last up to 22 months sealed. It’s suggested to keep refrigerated after opening. Use within 2 weeks after opening.
